Free Migration Reactive Dyeing

New Eco-Friendly Dyeing Machine

This machine will process all these dyeing at one go using a new method of reactive dyeing called free migration dyeing using a liquor ratio of 1:2.

A NEW CONCEPT OF FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING MACHINE

A New concept of ecofriendly textile dyeing called FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING, conceived by a freelance researcher name Ramen MOOKEN, who has toiled for about 20 years without pay to develop the method and designed the machine and to calculate its chemicals, mathematical and ecological implications .

The new ecofriendly dyeing method name FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING will use a liquor ratio 1:1.5 that is will use about 1.5 liters of water to dye I kg of cotton or wool (ready made garments ) as chemicals for reactive dyeing is measured in g/l to dye 200 pieces of cotton it will use 300 liters of water and will use 12 kgs of sodium sulphate  and 7.5 kgs of sodium carbonate and at the end of the dyeing process the dyeing process the waste water will be less than 300 liters because of evaporation.

Every piece  that the FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE MACHINE will produce will be a prototype because when the dyeing process is being carried out it capture physical law of CHAOS which forbid reproduction of similar multicolor dyeing display as far as color display is concerned.

The FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE MACHINE has worked out  a new process called BLUE LAGOON VIEW DYEING which is a completely new concept of beachwear wears  as its name states the garment will have the view of the black rocks, the green algae and the turquoise color of the lagoon.

The dyeing pieces of the FREE MIGRATION DYEING MACHINE pieces may  look like batik dye or tie and dye dyeing, but it has nothing  to do with BATIK DYE OR TIE and DYE because these two dyeing process generates a lots of waste water adding to pollution.

Another advantage of the FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING, you can proceed to dye in same machine wool cotton ,white denim and white gabardine  merino  all of different color all at one go. ALL THE GARMENT IN THE PHOTO GALLERY CAN BE DYED ALL AT ONE GO and also the BLUE LAGOON VIEW DYEING.

The ECOLOGICAL and ECONOMICAL advantages are numerous.

Taking for example traditional reactive dyeing  to dye 200 pieces of cotton 1 piece weight 100 grams ,water needed to dye it will be 4000 liters plus 160 kgs of sodium sulphate  and 90 kgs  and at the end of the dyeing stage the 4000 liters of waste water will have to be treated or in some country it is simply discharged in rivers  .compare to the new method of free migration reactive dyeing the difference is quite obvious.

Another advantages of the FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING MACHINE has a low cost of maintenance  and the technical knowledge of how to operate the machine is easy anyone can operate it .a person with low educational background can do it.

IF THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING IS KNOWN  AT A GLANCE ONE CAN SAY THAT THIS IS AN ECO FRIENDLY DYEING PIECE  THUS IT WILL MAKE ITS OWN PUBLICITY FOR THOSE THAT ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE  IN THE ECOFRIENDLY  TREND THAT IS FASHION WORLDWIDE NOW.

SOMETHING ABOUT THE INVENTOR

Ramen Mooken have worked in FLOREAL KNITWEAR LIMITED, a company that is among the leading exporters of woolen and cotton knitwear. I started there as machine operator, after some time I was promoted dyehouse supervisor. I left FLOREAL KNITWEAR on 2010 because of delocalization. THE BIG BOSS OF FLOREAL KNITWEAR HAS A BIG HEART LIKE MOTHER’S by the grace of GOD. If it was not FLOREAL KNITWEAR. I would not have invented that machine. MY PROFOUND GRATITUDE TO FLOREAL KNITWEAR.

WHERE TO GET THE MACHINE

IN MAURITIUS, A BEAUTIFUL AND VERY PEACEFUL ISLAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INDIAN OCEAN.

Its Process & Advantages:

This machine will process all the dyeing of the photos provided on the web site all at one go, using a new method of dyeing using a liquor ratio of 1:2 with the following advantages:

  1. It will reduce water consumption on dyeing stage by about 90% thus less waste water, saving water and also eco-friendly.
  2. It reduce chemical consumption on dyeing stage by more than 75% ,thus more ecofriendly, more cost effective
  3. It can dye wool and cotton all at one go.
  4. The machine has a very low cost of maintenance.

About The Inventor

Ramen Mooken have been working in FLOREAL KNITWEAR limited a company that is among the world leaders exporters of woolen and cotton knitwear. I started as machine operator in 1984 and after 8 years I was dyehouse supervisor and in year 2010 I left FLOREAL KNITWEAR because of delocalization .The BIG BOSS of FLOREAL KNITWEAR has a BIG HEART like a mothers’ heart if I was not working in FLOREAL KNITWEAR I would never invented that machine, my profound gratitude to FLOREAL KNITWEAR.

The machine that I have invented will process FREE MIGRATION REACTIVE DYEING, meaning, it will use a liquor ratio of 1:1 thus it will reduce water quantity of water on dyeing stage by about 90%. It will reduce chemicals for dyeing by about 75% and reduce waste water at the end of dyeing by about 90%

Because it use a liquor ratio 1:1 it will permit to dye ready made garments multicolor at one go ,that is for example white woolen or cotton pull can be  dye  blue and black in same bath without the color get mix up, the machine is easy to built and require very little maintenance and the machine can be operated by a person of basic educational skill and no need for very expensive overhead thus more competitive.

To conclude, it has cost me about 20 years of research without pay to invent the machine and to calculate all its chemical, mathematical, physical, technical and ecological implications.
